The trial project aims at historical town recovery ( Vientiane Trial 2016) was held on 26 Feb 2016 at Wat Ongteu (Ongteu temple), the event was participated by Mr. Keophilailath, deputy Vientiane governor; Dr. Santhisouk, a director of Public work and Transportation Ministry Office, Mr….Director of Japan consulate to Laos and relevant supporters and guests
Vientiane Trial 2016 was held for a second year after achieving a satisfactory result and positive response from multi -parties at the 1st event in 2015. This event this year will help to promote and create an awareness of Vientiane people as well as the commercial stores, operators, businessmen and individuals who live in the historical preservative area to acknowledge and understand how to protect the mentioned area to be unique and old culture as it is promoted and created an attraction for tourism.
